Responsibilities:
As a Professional Intern in our Road Safety Programs & Analysis department, you will support various small and larger scale projects intended to develop organizational capacity necessary to effectively contribute to the achievement of corporate and divisional business goals. This may include projects related to:

  • Data analysis
  • Researching external trends and innovations
  • Program evaluations
  • Business case development
Qualifications:
To be eligible for our one-year Professional Internship program you must:
  • Be enrolled in at least a four-year program (diploma or degree) at a recognized university or college in Manitoba with a focus in Business, Public Administration, Data Science, Economics, or Statistics
  • Be a recent or current graduate (i.e. must have graduated at the end of 2022 or graduating in 2023).



Experience and Special Skills:
  • Ability to understand, interpret, and synthesize researched information, evidence, concepts, and ideas.
  • Ability to analyze moderately complex datasets and identify patterns, trends, and anomalies.
  • Oral and written communication skills with the ability to convey moderately complex information in a concise and straightforward manner.
  • Knowledge of basic applied research or program evaluation methods.
  • Knowledge of basic project management techniques.
  • Excel and Word
