We are seeking reliable, caring, and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as a Cleaning Technician. This role involves deep cleaning and maintaining the cleanliness of residential homes according to our high standards. Our cleaning technicians regularly work as a team, and we're looking for individuals with a positive attitude and great teamwork.

Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, etc. Adhere to our cleaning checklists and procedures to ensure consistent quality. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with clients and team members. Communicate effectively and professionally with clients and team members. Follow all safety guidelines and procedures. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including keeping company equipment, supplies, and tools in good shape

Qualifications:

Experience in residential cleaning is preferred but not required Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent time management and ability to prioritize tasks A genuine desire to help others and create a positive impact Ability to problem-solve and adapt to changing situations A commitment to providing exceptional customer service A non-judgmental and empathetic approach to clients

Note:

Hours vary depending on client needs. Our company operates Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
