Job Summary

We are seeking dependable Proffessional Driver with experience in Flat bed rollback and Wreckers to join our team. Owner Operators and Lease Operators are welcome to apply. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting freight and equipment, operating heavy machinery, and ensuring timely deliveries. This role requires a strong focus on safety, vehicle maintenance, and efficient route management to support our operational needs. Candidates with skills in forklift operation, and heavy equipment handling are highly valued. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on professionalism and safety standards. Hours are based on rotation as our business is 24 hours 365 days. Shifts Rotate.

Responsibilities

Safely operate commercial vehicles to transport freight, equipment, and materials to designated locations. Load and unload cargo using proper methods or other heavy equipment as needed, ensuring secure handling of freight. Conduct routine inspections of vehicles and heavy equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance. Inform saftey personal of minor automotive repairs or maintenance when necessary to keep vehicles in optimal condition. Maintain accurate delivery logs, route documentation, and compliance with all transportation regulations. Adhere to all safety protocols and traffic laws during transportation activities. Coordinate with office staff and dispatchers to ensure timely pickups and deliveries. Assist with the operation of heavy machinery or equipment as required for specific job tasks.

Requirements

Valid 2- 5 year commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record. Experience in commercial driving, freight transportation, or related fields preferred. Must pass a Drug and Alchol test, along with random testing Proficiency in forklift operation and heavy equipment handling is a plus. Basic automotive knowledge is desirable for routine vehicle maintenance. Ability to operate heavy machinery safely and efficiently. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for documentation purposes. Ability to work independently and follow safety guidelines diligently. Physical ability to load/unload freight and operate heavy equipment as needed. Prior experience with route planning and navigation tools is advantageous.

Pay: $2,000.00-$7,500.00 per month
