ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:


We are seeking a skilled Professional Propane Delivery Driver to join our team in our Teeswater operation. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe transportation of Propane while upholding a high standard of customer service. Safety is paramount, and we expect our drivers to demonstrate safe driving practices and professional conduct on the roads and when interacting with customers. This position is responsible for:

• Ensuring the safe and timely delivery of propane and petroleum products to our customers.
• Inventory control of bulk product on truck.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and accurately complete related documentation.
• Provide exceptional customer service and communication to customers, peers, dispatchers and supervisors.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions to meet our customers' needs
• Use a handheld computer device to monitor the flow of fuel being input and disposed of from the truck

ABOUT YOU:


The ideal candidate will have:

• Valid DZ license (no experience required)
• Strong interpersonal skills and the desire to be a team player.
• The ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Numeric ability and strong problem-solving skills.
• Familiar and comfortable with the use of mobile devices.
• General mechanical ability for truck inspections and attentiveness to truck / equipment cleanliness.
• Personable and confident individuals with good time management skills, who can work well under pressure in a variety of situations.
• Have sufficient physical strength and stamina to lift heavy materials.
• Able to use current technology to ensure vehicle safety and performance.



This position is physically demanding, involving significant lifting and pulling in an outdoor climate. The successful candidate will be required to successfully pass pre-and-random drug & alcohol testing and must have a safety and compliance mindset.
