This role includes residential, commercial, and office cleaning, as well as some light marketing and door-to-door outreach to help build our client base. We value hustle, integrity, and team players who show up ready to work.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine and deep cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Clean kitchens, bathrooms, living spaces, and common areas according to client specifications. Handle specialized cleaning tasks such as stain removal, window washing, and appliance cleaning as needed. Ensure the proper use of cleaning equipment, tools, and eco-friendly products. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment. Communicate professionally with clients to address specific needs or requests. Report any maintenance issues, supply needs, or damages to management promptly.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in professional cleaning is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Physical stamina to handle the demands of the job, including standing, bending, and lifting up to 25 pounds. Reliable transportation and punctuality.
