We are seeking a skilled Installation Technician to join our dynamic team. The Installation Technician will be responsible for collaborating with team members and clients to achieve project goals while maintaining safety and quality throughout the process.
Duties
Perform installation tasks including but not limited to construction painting, cabinet installation, tile laying, and siding.
Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively and safely to complete installations.
Conduct construction estimating to assess project requirements and materials needed.
Execute concrete forming and roofing tasks as required by specific projects.
Collaborate with other tradespeople, including electricians, to ensure seamless project execution.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Communicate effectively with clients regarding project progress and any potential issues that may arise.
Requirements
Proven experience in installation work, particularly in construction-related fields.
Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
Knowledge of cabinet installation, electrical work, and maintenance person skills is highly desirable.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks for extended periods.
A valid driver's license is required for transportation to job sites.
