-Operating the sheer
-Cutting steel
-Reading a tape measure to 1/16 of an inch
-Spot welding with jigs
-Light assembly

Qualifications
-Steel toed shoes required, all other PPE provided
-Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
-Comfortable with hand tools, power tools, and machines (drills, saws, large scale machinery)
-Attention to detail
-Track record of attendance and reliability
