Job Summary:

We are currently seeking two (2) skilled and experienced Interior Door Fabricator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in woodworking and door fabrication, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.

Responsibilities:

Measure, cut, and assemble wood door components according to specifications Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools to fabricate and shape wood materials Sand, stain, and finish wood doors to achieve desired appearance and texture Inspect finished products for quality control and ensure adherence to design standards Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and meet project deadline Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including proper storage of materials and tools

Experience:

Previous experience in woodworking, carpentry, or door fabrication Proficiency in using woodworking machinery and hand tools Strong attention to detail and precision in craftsmanship Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks Physical stamina and the ability to lift and maneuver heavy materials Strong work ethic and a commitment to safety in the workplace
