Job Summary

We are seeking dedicated and skilled Production Workers to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidates will have experience in factory settings and possess a strong mechanical aptitude. This role involves working on the assembly line, operating machinery, and ensuring that production goals are met efficiently and safely.

Duties

Operate various types of machinery and equipment, including forklifts and power tools, to assist in the manufacturing process. Perform assembly tasks on the production line, ensuring quality standards are met. Utilize hand tools for assembly and maintenance of products. Conduct routine inspections of machinery to ensure proper functioning and report any mechanical issues. Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety regulations. Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines. Assist in inventory management within the warehouse as needed.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a manufacturing facility or factory setting is preferred. Familiarity with assembly line processes and techniques is advantageous. Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor equipment issues effectively. Experience operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment is a plus. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while maintaining individual accountability. Must be comfortable using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality control throughout the production process. Pay: $17.00-$18.00 per hour
