Production Worker

Location: - Baden

Reports To: Area Lead or Operations Manager (dependent on assignment)

Employment Type: Part-Time, 20 to 30 hours per week

Position Overview:

The Production Worker is a flexible role that supports daily operations across mixing, cleaning, shipping, receiving, and order picking departments. This team member will be assigned based on operational needs and will report to the appropriate area lead or manager. Production Workers are responsible for maintaining high quality standards, working safely, and supporting their teams with accuracy, speed, and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:

General Duties

- Assist in order picking, mixing, cleaning, shipping, and receiving tasks as assigned

- Build pallets safely and accurately according to standard procedures

- Follow written and verbal instructions related to recipes, packaging, and loading

- Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times

Quality & Accuracy

- Pay close attention to detail to ensure correct products and materials are used

- Report any product quality concerns or issues to a lead or manager immediately

- Handle goods with care to minimize shrink, damage, and contamination

Teamwork & Communication

- Take direction from various leads depending on department assignment

- Communicate clearly with other team members to ensure workflow continuity

- Support a positive and respectful work environment

Safety & Maintenance Support

- Work safely, follow company protocols, and wear all required PPE

- Report hazards or safety concerns promptly

- Support equipment checks and basic maintenance reporting as needed

Qualifications:

- Experience in warehouse, production, or manufacturing roles preferred

- Ability to work in various departments depending on business needs

- Physically capable of lifting and standing for long periods

- Willingness to learn and take direction from different supervisors

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time, on-site role requiring flexibility in task assignments and work areas. The role involves physical labor in a fast-paced, safety-focused production environment.

Other Duties as Assigned.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.20-$22.00 per hour
