A-1 Blasting Mats, located in Sturgeon Falls, Ontario, is hiring General Production Labourers at our Sturgeon Falls location for
various

We are an independently owned, Ontario based company in the Blasting MAT Manufacturing business, serving different industries throughout North America.
Duties and Responsibilities:
A-1 is looking for General Production Labourers in our Production Area.
The right candidates must have a strong desire to work hard and will be recognized and rewarded for their achievements.
You have the ability to read and write in English, and communicate effectively with co-workers and supervisors, follow procedures, and meet production standards safely.. This job includes repetitive tasks and lifting up to 44 pounds. We offer a positive work environment with a fair base wage plus a potential incentive bonus (after probationary period) to reward you for efficient production work, team effort and results. Experience, Education, and additional Qualifications:
Industry Experience is an asset, including safety training, mechanical/equipment experience.
Excellent communication skills, written and oral.
MUST be able to successfully pass all required training, background check, drug & alcohol testing, as required.
All Personal Protective Equipment Required onsite at all times.
Must ensure Own transportation to and from work.
