Job Summary:

Marvel Doors and Windows is looking for dedicated and hardworking

Production Workers

to join our manufacturing team in Langley, BC. As a key part of our production team, you will assist in the fabrication, assembly, and quality control of high-quality windows and doors. No prior experience is necessary--just a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn!

Responsibilities:

Operate machinery and hand tools to cut, assemble, and finish doors and windows Read and follow work orders to ensure accuracy and quality Inspect products for defects and ensure they meet company standards Assist with packaging and preparing products for delivery Maintain a clean and organized workspace Follow workplace safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications:

Prior experience in manufacturing or construction is an asset but not required Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Comfortable using hand tools and basic measuring equipment Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Reliable, punctual, and a team player

Experience in warehouse operations is a plus. Strong mechanical knowledge to understand equipment functionality and troubleshoot issues.
