Overview:

We are looking to add great people to our Production team. In this key role, you will operate machinery and equipment involved in the production process, assist with food processing and packaging, maintain clean and organized work areas, and help ensure high-quality standards are consistently met. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a willingness to learn new skills.

- Job Type: Full Time.

- Schedule: Monday-Friday, and weekends as needed.

- Production wages start at $18.25/hr. There are raises to be had, and we are going to help you get them.

Responsibilities:

Operate machinery and equipment involved in the production process. Package finished products for distribution, ensuring proper labelling and presentation. Maintain the cleanliness of work areas by following sanitation protocols. Assist in food processing tasks while adhering to food safety regulations. Utilize basic math skills for measuring ingredients and product specifications. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment and report any issues

Qualifications

Previous experience in manufacturing or food processing is preferred. Familiarity with packaging processes and sanitation practices within the food industry is a plus. Strong attention to detail with a focus on maintaining high standards of food safety. Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment while following instructions accurately. Basic math skills for handling measurements and inventory tasks.

Requirements

Level 1 Food Safe Certification (or willingness to obtain within 2 weeks). Able to lift 30-50 lbs. Safety-rated steel-toed boots Eligible to work full-time in Canada.
