Position Overview

As a

Production Worker

at Revival Productions, you'll play a key role in the daily manufacturing process -- ensuring that products are assembled, packaged, and prepared to meet company and client standards. You'll work as part of a team that values reliability, attention to detail, and pride in quality work.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and monitor production equipment safely and efficiently. Assemble, inspect, and package products according to company standards. Perform quality checks and report any issues or defects to supervisors. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with company policies. Assist with loading/unloading materials and organizing production supplies. Follow established procedures, instructions, and safety guidelines. Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets and deadlines. Contribute to process improvements and uphold a culture of teamwork and respect.

Qualifications

Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or warehouse work is an asset -- but

not required

. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Dependability -- showing up on time and ready to contribute every day. Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced production environment. Basic mechanical aptitude or comfort with operating tools/machinery is an advantage.

Pay: $18.00-$21.74 per hour
