Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Production Worker to join our manufacturing team. This role involves supporting various stages of the production process, ensuring quality and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and experience working in high-output manufacturing, within food manufacturing, a bonus. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills in manufacturing while contributing to the production of high-quality prodcuts.

Responsibilities

Operate manufacturing equipment and assist in assembly line-style tasks Physical on your feet job with lifting, labelling and moving equipment to support production activities Conduct quality checks on products throughout the production process Daily and weekly cleaning and attention to detail Follow Standar Operating Procedures and safety protocals while maintaining a clean, organized work area Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals

Experience

Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or food production Ability to work quickly to meet production goals Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities Prior experience with large volume packaging an asset

Pay: $20.00 per hour
