Job Description
Production Worker
Responsibilities
Follow health and safety protocols.
Maintain a clean workstation and production floor.
Follow production guidelines and specifications.
Assemble raw materials required for production.
Inspect finished products for defects to ensure quality standards are met.
Communicate effectively with coworkers to ensure efficient production and deadlines are met.
Assist in lifting, carrying, and moving heavy loads as required.
Operate and maintain machinery as needed.
Report any issues to team leads.
Perform other tasks as assigned.
Recommend adjustments to the assembly or production process.
Inspect, test, or measure materials or products being produced.
Accept or reject finished items.
Report a product defect or problem to the team lead/production manager.
Skills and Qualifications
Excellent communication skills Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment. Extremely detail-oriented Great troubleshooting skills Working knowledge of product development and manufacturing processes Excellent organization and time management
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
