About the Job
As a Production Worker on our Horticultural Production Team, you'll work in a dynamic environment focused on producing high-quality soil and mulch products. You'll operate key equipment like forklifts and palletizers and play a vital role in supporting a cleaner, greener future.

• This is a day-shift role Monday to Thursday, 6 am-4:30 pm, giving you long weekends every week (Friday to Sunday off)!
• The starting wage is $24.40/hour.

What You'll Be Doing

• Operating machinery such as skid steers, dual forklifts, and tractors
• Running the mulch and soil production lines
• Supporting machine operation and shipping when needed

Here's What You Need

• Comfortable with physical work: standing, lifting (up to 45lbs), and moving equipment
• A problem-solver who can multitask and adapt to changing needs
• Team player who can also work independently
• Experience in farming, landscaping, agriculture, or general labour is a bonus
• Forklift experience or certification is an asset - but we're happy to train the right person!
