Job Summary

We are seeking dedicated and skilled Production Workers to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks involved in the production process, ensuring that products are assembled and packaged efficiently and to high-quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Operate machinery and equipment safely and effectively, including forklifts and power tools. Assemble components and products according to specifications and quality standards. Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance. Utilize hand tools for assembly tasks and repairs as needed. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Assist in inventory management by tracking materials and supplies used during production.

Skills

Proficiency in operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in manufacturing processes. Familiarity with assembly techniques and quality control measures. Ability to use hand tools effectively for various tasks. Previous warehouse experience is a plus, demonstrating an understanding of inventory management. Competence in using power tools safely and effectively for production tasks. Pay: Up to $24.58 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
