Job Description
Mid Valley Manufacturing is looking for a
Production Welder
to join our fabrication team in Abbotsford, BC. This role focuses primarily on buildinggalvanized gates and stanchions
for dairy and agricultural operations.Job Responsibilities
Fabricate and weld galvanized gates and stanchions according to drawings and production requirements Build all sub-components associated with gate and stanchion assemblies Work independently to meet daily and weekly production goals Maintain quality and consistency across all welded parts Assist in other production areas when gate/stanchion builds are not required Follow all shop safety procedures
Skills and Qualifications
Proficiency in MIG welding (galvanized welding experience is an asset) Ability to read drawings and fabricate components accurately Strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision Good mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Physically capable of performing hands-on fabrication tasks Team-oriented with good communication skills
