We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Technician to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience working with various tools and equipment. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient operation of our assembly line and overall production processes.
Duties
Operate and monitor machinery on the assembly line to ensure optimal performance.
Utilize hand tools and power tools for assembly tasks, ensuring quality standards are met.
Conduct routine maintenance on equipment to prevent downtime and ensure safety.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and maintain workflow efficiency.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
Assist in inventory management within the warehouse, including the use of forklifts as needed.
Troubleshoot mechanical issues that arise during production and perform necessary repairs.
Experience
Previous factory experience is preferred, particularly in a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility setting.
Familiarity with assembly processes and techniques is highly desirable.
Experience using hand tools, power tools, and forklifts is a plus.
A background in warehouse operations will be beneficial for this role.
