Role Description
The Production Technician at Nanz Pharma is vital in supporting the manufacturing of products that meet both customer and company requirements. This role involves working collaboratively within a team environment and is responsible for the sanitation, setup, and operation of all production equipment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Dismantle, clean, sanitize, and reassemble manufacturing equipment according to specified instructions to ensure compliance and meet departmental changeover targets.
Process batches effectively within established specifications to meet departmental batch execution targets, ensuring optimal run rates for schedule adherence.
Complete all necessary documentation accurately, including observations, test results, and batch records.
Safely operate all required equipment and machinery utilized in the manufacturing, storage, cleaning, and transport of production-related assets.
Conduct in-process testing is required during product manufacturing.
Inform the Production Supervisor of any deviations from procedures, product defects, safety incidents, or other significant issues.
Job Requirements
Minimum secondary school diploma or recognized equivalent.
Ability to lift 20 kg regularly.
Capable of wearing Personal Protective Equipment and Respiratory Protection as per Nanz Pharma procedures.
Working knowledge of the Windows Operating System and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
Results-oriented and customer service-focused, demonstrating energy and driving in all tasks.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
Self-motivated team player with a positive attitude, exhibiting cooperation, communication, flexibility, and initiative to develop functional skills.
Previous manufacturing experience in the food or pharmaceutical industry is an asset.
