We're looking for a Production Team Member to join our crew. You'll be part of the Team behind the scenes that makes it all happen - roasting, brewing, canning, packaging, and delivering the products our Guests love. You'll keep operations running smoothly, contribute to a clean and safe facility, and play a key role in ensuring every product that leaves our doors is worthy of the Empty Cup name.

What You'll Do

Support daily production tasks: roasting, brewing, canning, packaging, and storage. Help keep the production schedule on track by working closely with your Team and Leader. Handle ingredients, packaging, and supplies with care, accuracy, and attention to detail. Keep equipment and the facility clean, organized, and up to safety standards. Pitch in across production, delivery, and logistics to keep operations running smoothly.

Who You Are

Hands-on, dependable, and detail-oriented in your work. Comfortable with physical tasks and staying active throughout the day. Organized and reliable, with a focus on quality and consistency. A strong team player who communicates and collaborates well. Flexible and solutions-focused when challenges come up.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $16.50 per hour
