Atlas Building Systems - Wall Line Operations ManagerAtlas Building Systems, located in Nanaimo, BC, provides design services, engineered wood products, and manufactures roof trusses, floor trusses, and pre-fabricated wall panels for contractors, builders, and homeowners.
We are seeking a
full-time, permanent Production Labourer (Red Seal Carpenter required)
to support our operations. Reporting to the Wall Line Operations Manager, the ideal candidate will be adaptable, detail-oriented, and motivated, with framing experience and a focus on teamwork and customer service.The Production Labourer will assist with the assembly of pre-fabricated wall panels, including selecting lumber, product assembly, and banding for shipment.

Qualifications
Red Seal Carpenter certification (required)
Minimum Grade 10 education or equivalent Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs Experience with framing, construction, and use of air/power tools Strong attention to detail and accuracy with repetitive tasks Ability to learn quickly, take direction, and work collaboratively Fluency in English (spoken, reading, and written)Experience in construction, manufacturing, or multi-site organizations is an asset.
