Job Description
As a Production Team Member, you'll play a key role in bringing our designs to life. You'll work alongside skilled technicians to create high-quality products that athletes across Canada and around the world love. If you have an eye for detail, enjoy working with your hands, and take pride in precision, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
Cut fabric accurately using hand and/or electric cutters. (Primary job role) Operate heat press equipment Position embellishment templates for pressing Perform quality checks and package finished products for shipping
What We're Looking For
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Experience with crafting or hands-on work Ability to stand for extended periods Team player who can also work independently Knowledge of sewing or graphic design (an asset) Previous experience with heat press equipment (an asset, but not required)
