Job Description

Our specialty products are used in healthcare, industrial and commercial applications. Our unique three-step manufacturing process starts with a base fabric created on knitting machines, a polymer coating applied by extrusion machines and all products inspected for quality, then slit and packaged according to customer specifications.

We are currently seeking Production Workers to join our team in Plastics Extrusion.

Plastics Team Members

are responsible to operate extrusion, top coat, and other related compounding equipment to manufacture vinyl coated textiles according to customer specifications.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Previous manufacturing experience an asset Must be able to wear a respirator periodically in some roles Computer literacy Desire to be part of a successful team Ability to perform moderate lifting Great work ethic, attitude, and attendance Ability to produce quality products Good written and oral communication skills Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts Proven reading and mathematics comprehension Ability to drive a forklift (we will train) Good organizational and time management skills
