Production Team Member
Job Description
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Buddies Team Member. As a Buddies Team Member, you will be responsible for assisting in the manufacturing process of Raw Dog Food.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain production equipment
- Assemble recipes using our established guidelines
- Perform quality checks on products
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures
- Assist in inventory management and control
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting is preferred but not necessary
- Ability to use equipment (grinder, bandsaw and Variovac etc..) safely and effectively
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues a bonus
- Experience operating a forklift is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
