RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work in the Assembly production area, Packaging area, or Stone area (cutting, polishing, sink application, and crate building)
Responsible for completing tasks effectively, to the quality standards required to meet our customers' expectations.
Develop a thorough knowledge of all products, in order to be able to follow production steps required to meet the customer order requirements.
Maintain organization in production and practice good housekeeping.
Identify and prioritize streams of work without constant direct supervision. A strong work ethic and a desire to be "in the trenches" working with all team members to identify and implement solutions
Supporting operations on the plant floor wherever needed.
Other duties as assigned.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
Manufacturing experience is an asset!
Good understanding of how production equipment works
Knowledge of basic safety rules and precautionary measures
Ability to lift heavy loads and transfer them manually
Good communication and teamwork skills
