Your Role:

Supervise daily production activities, ensuring

safety, quality, and efficiency

Train, mentor, and manage production staff, including

interviews, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions

Operate hand tools and power tools to assist with production tasks Monitor workflow, troubleshoot equipment or process issues, and implement improvements Maintain accurate records of production output and equipment maintenance Conduct inspections of equipment and work areas to ensure

compliance with safety regulations

Collaborate with other departments to optimize production schedules and meet project deadlines

Your Experience and Skills:

Previous management or supervisory experience is required

Proven experience in a

mechanical and electrical production or manufacturing environment

Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and forklifts Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, or schematics

Bilingual (English and French) is mandatory
