The Role

As a result of our robust growth, we are adding a Production Systems Manager to our team of professionals. This role is based in our St. George, NB location and reports to Processing management.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Act as subject matter expert in production systems, business processes and related activities.
  • Work with business leaders to identify business objectives and develop related work activities to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Work with IT department and vendors to Identify, analyze, and manage upgrades, new implementations, and other changes to maintain and improve current and future production systems.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the systems used by our production facilities.
  • Setup and maintain user access according to corporate security policies.
  • Support the creation of training materials and provide individual and group training as required.
