Overview

We are looking to add great people to our Production Support team. In this key role, you will help maintain smooth production operations by assisting the production team, operating equipment safely, and cleaning production lines as required. This position requires a strong commitment to food safety, sanitation, and quality standards.

- Job Type: Full-time.

- Schedule: Monday-Friday, mostly afternoon shifts, and weekends as needed.

- Production wages start at $18.25/hr. There are raises to be had, and we are going to help you get them.

Responsibilities

Operate and maintain production equipment safely and efficiently. Assist in the food processing line, ensuring all products meet quality and safety standards. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas in compliance with health regulations. Conduct routine inspections of equipment and report any mechanical issues promptly. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals while adhering to safety protocols. Perform basic math calculations for inventory management and product measurements.

Qualifications

Previous experience in manufacturing or food processing is preferred. Familiarity with packaging processes and sanitation practices within the food industry is a plus. Strong attention to detail with a focus on maintaining high standards of food safety. Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment while following instructions accurately. Basic math skills for handling measurements and inventory tasks.

Requirements

Level 1 Food Safe Certification (or willingness to obtain within 2 weeks). Able to lift 30-50 lbs. Safety-rated steel-toed boots Eligible to work full-time in Canada.
