Key Responsibilities:

As a Production Support Associate / Machine Operator, you will play a vital role in supporting our production team by performing a variety of tasks, including:

Package finished goods and prepare necessary paperwork. Conduct quality testing on finished goods and work in progress (WIP). Stage take-up and payoff reels for upcoming orders and production runs. Assist with the teardown and cleaning of tooling on the extruder. Restock wooden reels from the outside yard and sort/strip wire. Ensure the production line is stocked with consumables and monitor product traversing during production runs. Operate machinery as needed, including dual take-ups. Maintain reliability in driving a 15,000 lb fork truck and handling reels up to 96" in diameter and weighing up to 10,000 lbs. Perform all other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday with weekends off!

Shift Work: Rotating shifts (Midnight, Afternoon, and Day).

Who We're Looking For:

We seek team-oriented candidates with:

Previous machine operating experience in a manufacturing facility or a related field. Knowledge of various machinery and measurement tools (such as calipers and micrometers) is an asset. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. A reliable and mechanically inclined mindset. Basic computer skills.
