It\xe2\x80\x99s our employee promise.Our hybrid work model provides the balance between working from home and enjoying meaningful in-person interactions.Read on to see how you can shape the future, win as a team, and grow with us.About the roleWe\xe2\x80\x99re looking for a Production Support Analyst II, to join our growing team!What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do here:review requirements using available repositories to understand system behaviour.Analyze information obtained from various sources, detail the high-level information and provide users with recommendations to their problems.Analyze issues reported by users and business areas using available tools and resources.Identify and report defects in JIRA upon analysisAct as an intermediary between IT, users and managers from different hierarchical levels.Ensure the link between the business units, the technology teams and the support team.Participate in refinement sessions with release coordinators and IT.Responsible for improving productivity and reducing risks and high costs through effective analysis.Identify the need for change to assess and communicate their impact.What you bring to the table:Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business Administration, or any combination of equivalent education and experience.Minimum 2 years of relevant experienceHighly developed analytical skills facilitating problem solving.Demonstrated ability to cope with change effectively.Have initiative and is autonomous.Skills for time and priority management.Ability to manage multiple files at the same time.Good communication skills (oral and written).Knowledge of the Agile Methodology (asset).Knowledge of the Auto & Home insurance industry (asset).For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country.No Canadian work experience required, but need to have authorization to work in Canada#LI-HybridWhat we offerWorking here means you\'ll be empowered to be and do your best every day.
