Job Title: Production Supply & Logistic Analyst
Location: Calgary, AB
Our client is seeking a Production Supply & Logistic Analyst to join their team. As a Production Supply & Logistic Analyst, you will be part of the Customer Service Production Supply and Logistics team supporting internal operations and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.
:

  • Model and track the flow of all physical fluid movements and manage contractual transactions to meet customer and supply requirements.
  • Manage and report on pipeline and terminal shippers' positions to ensure contractual and balance compliance.
  • Generate monthly volumetric accounting reports for all shippers and products.
  • Conduct quarterly volumetric reforecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning.
  • Coordinate system capacity management, restrictions, curtailments, and apportionment activities, ensuring system efficiency and reliability.
Qualifications:
  • Post-secondary Business or Economics degree, or 2+ years of related industry experience.
  • Experience in crude oil logistics, forecasting, and industry reporting procedures.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with pipeline systems operations.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to develop collaborative solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
