Job Description

3 - 5 years manufacturing supervisory experience preferably in a unionized facility.

Demonstrated leadership ability.

Pro-active demonstrated safety management experience and training a definite asset.

Formal technical or business education is an asset.

Previous experience in decentralized maintenance, TPM, or Overall Equipment Efficiency an asset.

Knowledge of continuous improvement, Kaizen, and familiarity with Lean manufacturing an asset.

Solid PC skills are required including general knowledge of Work and Excel.

Excellent organizational, interpersonal, team building, conflict resolution, and effective written and verbal communication skills.

Considerable initiative and the ability to contribute to team success with proven management and leadership skills.

* Proficient in multi-tasking a number of projects.
