The Opportunity
Reporting to the Production Manager, the Production Supervisor will be a key component to maximizing the safety, quality, and productivity in our daily operations throughout the plant operations. The ideal candidate for this role is a self-starter that demonstrates initiative, displays both problem-solving and decision-making abilities, and has excellent organizational skills. The Production Supervisor uses their interpersonal abilities and positive, ?can-do? approach to tackle complex and evolving business needs, serving as a coach to develop employees in the department. Leading by example, the Production Supervisor identifies and works to implement, initiatives that drive efficiency and improve business operations.
