Hourly Rate: $20-$23 per hour
Hours: 30-44 hours per week
Start Time: 7:00 AM
End Time: Between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM (flexible based on production needs)
Availability: Weekdays and weekends required

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Production Manager / Production Supervisor to lead daily food production for Alfie's. This role is hands-on and requires someone who excels in a fast-paced environment, can work independently with minimal oversight, and consistently delivers high-quality products that meet established standards.

The Production Supervisor will be responsible for preparing sauces, aiolis, dressings, salads, sautes, and roasted items, while also maintaining accurate inventory, ensuring food safety, and upholding a clean and organized production environment.

Key Responsibilities for this role:



Food Production

Prepare large-batch sauces, aiolis, dressings, salads, and sauteed items according to exact recipes. Roast vegetables and proteins following standardized procedures. Ensure all products meet quality, taste, and consistency standards. Follow precise ingredient measurements without deviation. Maintain par levels and ensure all menu components are produced on schedule.
Inventory & Ordering

Track inventory daily and update par levels. Place orders for ingredients and supplies as needed. Monitor waste, yield, and production efficiency. Rotate stock using FIFO principles.
Quality Control & Compliance

Maintain a clean, sanitized production area at all times. Follow all health and safety regulations. Ensure proper labeling, dating, and storage of all food items. Monitor equipment and report any issues immediately.
Leadership & Operations

Organize daily production schedules and prioritize tasks. Work independently with minimal supervision. Maintain consistent communication with management regarding production needs. Implement systems to improve efficiency and reduce waste. Be a reliable and dependable member of the Alfie's family.
Required Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in cooking and food production (restaurant, commissary, or manufacturing setting). Experience in mass food production and batch consistency. Strong understanding of production organization, yield management, and inventory processes. Excellent time management and ability to work independently. Strong attention to detail and commitment to following exact recipes. Ability to lift 40-50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Preferred Skills

Knowledge of production tracking systems or tools. Experience with yield calculations and waste reduction. Understanding of par levels and batch scheduling. Organized, self-starter mindset.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 44 per week
