for the hospitality industry across North America. Artco specializes in high-end custom furniture for luxury hotels and is part of the Chervin group of companies which also provides high-end custom residential cabinetry, residential furniture, and home decor.

WHAT YOU'LL DO




Supervise staff within the Hardware department Ensure adherence to the schedule provided by production management. Keep plant and production managers informed of progress, and develop plans to address any issues that arise Maintain quality and efficiency within the Hardware department Maintain communication with other department leads to ensure production flow is achieved Identify bottlenecks in the department and how to correct them Provide leadership, guidance and proper training to all staff in the department Monitor the quality of all incoming and outgoing product Ensure first off is completed for any and all units produced Provide continued support of health and safety programs Regularly review blueprints and drawings to ensure accuracy on units produced

WHAT YOU'LL BRING




3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably woodworking Knowledge of hardware used in a wood production setting Ability to inspire and guide teams towards achieving production goals Flexibility to adapt to changing production demands and unexpected challenges Experience using a variety of hand tools for woodworking Ability to read blueprints (digital and paper copies) A passion for the core values that are the foundation of our company * A commitment to punctuality and dependability
