Your position

I am currently recruiting a Production Supervisor for one of my clients, a company in the agri-food sector located in Salaberry-de-Valleyfield - Permanent position 40h/week - face-to-face.

Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be in charge of the following tasks :
- Planning work flow on production lines
- Coordinate production teams to achieve company objectives
- Manage the work teams of the various departments and ensure the smooth running of plant operations.
- Pass on good OHS and HACCP practices to his/her team and ensure compliance with standards.
- Identify and resolve production efficiency problems.
- Train teams (tasks, hygiene, quality, safety standards, etc.).
- Other production-related tasks (production forms, quality, inventory).

Your profile
-At least 5 years\' experience in a similar position in the food industry
-Ability to speak and write French
-AEC, DEC, BAC in process technology, food quality or other relevant field
-Knowledge of SQF and HACCP standards
- Salary: $70k - $80k - depending on experience
