We are currently recruiting a Production Supervisor. This role will be reporting to the Plant Director and will fulfill to production planning requests, through management of workers and machinery, interacting with other functions like Quality, HR, Logistics, Planning, and Workplace Organization.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Being leader and manager of safety by spreading safety culture at all levels \xe2\x80\x8b
• Fulfill to production planning requests\xe2\x80\x8b
• Manage Direct and Indirect Labor
• Assurance the Direct Labor efficiency target
• Managing Absenteeism
• Understanding work cycles and balancing them according to Takt Time\xe2\x80\x8b
• Understanding of workplace organization and material flows management

Skills and abilities required:

• Mastery of Production process
• Knowledge of HSE rules and regulations
• Leadership and problem-solving attitude
• People management skills
• Lean Manufacturing

Education and experience: The ideal candidate has a Bachelor\'s Degree in Engineering or a related field and experience in manufacturing companies
