Position Summary:



Production Supervisor will oversee and ensure the efficient production of our products, meeting high standards of quality, safety, and operational efficiency. The role involves maintaining adherence to GMP/AIB, Health and Safety Standards, and company regulations across all processes and personnel. This role offers an opportunity to contribute significantly to our production operations by ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency are consistently met.

*NOTE: This position participates in a rotating, 3-shift schedule (Days, Afternoons & Midnights). However, if required, static shifts (Days, Afternoons, or Midnights only) may also be available.



Primary Responsibilities:



Monitor and optimize manufacturing processes to maximize operational efficiency. Conduct shift meetings to review departmental performance against production, health and safety, AIB, and scheduling criteria. Ensure timely preparation and staging of work orders and materials for the upcoming 24 hours. Maintain adherence to manufacturing schedules, promptly addressing any deviations; conducting Root Cause Analysis with corrective actions and follow through on the implementation of corrective actions. Monitor employee attendance and performance, conducting semi-annual reviews and monthly team meetings. Enforce discipline and compliance with company policies. Monitor and uphold the integrity of production data. Assign production personnel to operate equipment based on production needs. Coordinate press approvals/trials with key personnel. Ensure completion of all necessary production documentation. Demonstrate and uphold Wedlock's Core Values and purpose. Supervise manufacturing personnel to uphold safety, quality, and productivity standards. Identify and propose enhancements to facilities, equipment, and procedures for improved safety, quality, and efficiency.

Education & Qualifications:



At least 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment. Familiarity with Food Safety industry standards. Experience in Flexo printing is advantageous. Knowledge of Kaizen and Lean Six Sigma principles is a plus.

Skills & Abilities:



Strong time and change management skills with a reputation for punctuality and reliability. Collaborative attitude with the ability to interact effectively with management and colleagues. Managerial courage with the ability to "see the bigger picture" to react quickly to changing priorities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge in Health & Safety Standards.
