Princeton is located at the confluence of the Similkameen and Tulameen Rivers, just one hour from the South Okanagan and three hours from the Lower Mainland. Local amenities include an 18-hole golf course, a curling rink, an indoor arena, an outdoor pool, ATV trails, mountain bike trails, and groomed nordic ski trails. The town also hosts an annual rodeo and an outdoor music festival, offering a welcoming community with plenty of opportunities to enjoy an active lifestyle.


RESPONSIBILITIES:




Provide strong and effective leadership, including performance management. Ensure safe and efficient coordination of production activities. Maximize production capability through technology and best work practices for continuous improvement. Achieve consistent safety, environmental, operational, and quality objectives by promoting and enforcing policies, rules and regulations. Ensure standards for housekeeping are maintained. Be an effective communicator with strong verbal, written and presentation skills.

QUALIFICATIONS:




Three to five years of related supervisory experience, preferably in a unionized environment. Post-secondary education in Woods Products Manufacturing or Business Administration is preferred. Understanding quality and statistical process controls systems is desirable. Detail oriented, accurate, flexible and strives to meet deadlines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

SALARY RANGE:

We offer a competitive compensation package based on your skills and experience. The expected base salary range for this position is $95,000 to $105,000 per year.
