Your days will include:
Shift:
Monday - Friday, 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM
Ensuring a safe, clean, and compliant work environment
Maintaining quality and legislative standards through Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Directing daily production operations, including scheduling employees and resolving issues
Driving Continuous Improvement initiatives to optimize processes, reduce costs, and maintain quality
Supporting employee relations, productivity, labor management, equipment performance, and sanitation
Leading, coaching, and developing team members through clear expectations, performance feedback, and guidance
Embracing flexibility to work various shifts as operational needs require
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
Proven ability to proactively manage employee and management relationships
Results-oriented mindset, able to work effectively within a functional team while exemplifying HyLife values
Strong planning, organizational, and multi-tasking abilities
Self-starter with analytical and problem-solving skills
Continuous learner with adaptability and willingness to embrace change
Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
