Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the production process and ensure efficiency and quality standards are met
- Coordinate and schedule production activities, including assigning tasks to team members
- Monitor production output, analyze data, and implement improvements to increase productivity
- Train and mentor production team members, providing guidance and support as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Identify and resolve any issues or bottlenecks in the production process Skills:
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions under pressure
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality control
- Proficient in using production management software and tools
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is a plus
