Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the activities of production team members on the assembly line to meet daily production goals. Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and operational procedures. Utilize mechanical knowledge and hand tools to troubleshoot equipment issues promptly, minimizing downtime. Operate and oversee the use of forklifts and power tools safely within the factory environment. Manage workflow in the warehouse area, including inventory movement and storage using warehouse experience. Conduct regular inspections of machinery and assembly lines to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions. Train new team members on safety procedures, equipment operation, and assembly techniques. Maintain detailed records of production output, safety incidents, and equipment maintenance logs. Collaborate with other departments to optimize manufacturing processes and improve overall efficiency. Enforce safety policies rigorously to ensure a secure working environment for all employees.

Experience

Proven factory experience in a manufacturing facility environment with hands-on mechanical knowledge. Prior experience supervising or leading assembly line teams in a fast-paced setting. Familiarity with warehouse operations, including forklift operation and inventory management. Skilled in using hand tools and power tools for maintenance or assembly tasks. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, safety regulations, and quality control standards. Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate teams and coordinate across departments.
