JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a skilled and experienced
Production Supervisor
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the production team at our manufacturing and warehouse facility in St. Catharine's. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a supervisory position with excellent mechanical knowledge and problem-solving skills.

Coordinating work-flow, monitoring performance, meeting production targets and ensuring adherence to company policies is part of the daily responsibilities. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Plan and oversee daily production activities to meet production goals, delivery dates and quality standards
Develop and implement production schedules, ensuring efficient use of resources and materials.
Support developing new product ideas and enhancements to existing products through customer feedback and innovation
Monitor production processes and actively identify opportunities for improvement to increase efficiency and reduce waste
Manufacture and produce finished products that meet or exceed quality standards consistently.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, sales and shipping to ensure smooth production operations.
Train, mentor, and supervise production staff to maintain a high level of productivity and adherence Company processes and policies.
Maintain accurate records of production output, employee attendance and incidents.
Enforce company procedures related to workplace health and safety.
Maintain production records and prepare reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate supply of materials for production activities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum 2-4 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
Proven experience in production management, with a track record of achieving production targets and improving operational efficiency.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, problem solving, quality standards, and health & safety regulations.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
An aptitude for streamlining and improving processes to drive efficiency and productivity with the ability to implement effective solutions
Analytical mindset
Proven hands-on experience in welding and plumbing, with ability to provide technical support if required
Strong attention to detail and quality standards
Organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
Manufacturing plant environment with exposure to noise, machinery, and welding/plumbing equipment.
Standing, walking, and moderate lifting required.
Must wear appropriate PPE (personal protective equipment).
Regular interaction with warehouse, office and logistics teams.
