MV PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

, has a full-time opportunity for a passionate

Medium Voltage (MV) Production Supervisor

to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Director of Operations, this is a key role in ensuring production targets, quality standards and safety protocols are met. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing processes, technical knowledge of electrical products and strong people management skills.

What will you do?

Direct and oversee production activities related to medium voltage products. Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met. Lead and motivate MV production team, providing guidance, training and support. Manage resources effectively, including materials, equipment and time management. Identify and resolve production issues in a timely manner. Continuously evaluate production processes and workflows for improvement opportunities. Maintain accurate production records and documentation, generating reports on production activities.

You will have:

College diploma or technical certification in Electrical Engineering Technology, Industrial Manufacturing or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing setting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Strong understanding of MV electrical equipment, motor control systems and assembly procedures. Knowledge of industry codes and standards (e.g. CSA, UL, NEMA, IEC). Excellent leadership, communication and conflict resolution skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.

The following qualifications would be considered an asset but are not required:

Previous experience in a motor control or switchgear manufacturing industry, with specific experience in low-voltage and medium voltage systems preferred. Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma certification. Working knowledge of AutoCAD or electrical schematics.
