Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and motivated

Production Supervisor

to lead our manufacturing operations. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a dynamic production environment and is passionate about safety, quality, and team development.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily production activities Lead, motivate, and develop production employees Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environment regulations Monitor production schedules, output, and performance indicators Work closely with management, maintenance, quality, and R&D teams Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and efficiency

Qualifications & Experience

Proven experience in a manufacturing or chemical production environment Previous supervisory or leadership experience Strong knowledge of production processes, safety standards, and quality systems Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Experience in chemical manufacturing is considered a strong asset

Pay: $75,000.00-$125,000.00 per year
