Your function

I am currently recruiting for one of my clients, an agri-food company located in Montreal North, a Production Foreman - Day Shift - Permanent position 40h/week - face-to-face.
Hours: Monday to Friday from 6:30 to 15:00

Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will be in charge of the following tasks :

- Planning workflow on production lines
- Communicate production objectives to your team
- Team supervision on dedicated shift
- Apply safety procedures with your team
- Check that quality standards are respected
- Monitor live production to ensure targets are met
- Identify and resolve production efficiency problems
- Develop continuous improvement projects on production lines
- Hire, integrate and train new employees
- Other production-related tasks

- Priority management
- Good interpersonal skills and strong leadership skills

Your profile
-Minimum 2 years\' experience in a supervisory position
French-speaking - professional English to be able to speak with management
-DEC minimum
-Knowledge of HACCP/SQF systems an asset
- Salary: 60k$ - 70k$ according to experience and diploma
On-site position on day shift, full insurance including vision and dental paid vacations negotiable according to experience, strong company RRSP.
