Production Supervisor Interns

Support daily mill operations and contribute to team goals Learn the ins and outs of sawmill production and identify areas for improvement Troubleshoot equipment, processes, and team dynamics Shadow and assist experienced Production Supervisors Champion safety, quality, and efficiency on the floor Lead special projects that drive operational success

Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program (Engineering, Business, Forestry, or related fields) Natural leadership skills and a passion for team success Strong communication--both verbal and written Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working with diverse teams including unionized tradespeople, operators, and contractors * Proficient in Microsoft Office and general administrative tasks
