Production Supervisor
Pay: $35.00 - $45.00/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 5:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Role Overview
We're looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor to take full ownership of a custom door manufacturing line. This is a floor-focused leadership role for someone who enjoys being involved in the process, coaching their team, and continuously improving output and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Fully own and operate a custom door production line with 6-8 operators (lean staffing when possible)
Start and stage the line daily: prepare materials, stage components, and start machinery
Assign stations, delegate tasks, and lead operators throughout the shift
Monitor production flow, spot-check quality, and troubleshoot issues in real time
Coach, train, mentor team members and conduct performance reviews
Track and monitor KPIs, efficiency, and output
Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce cycle times
Handle general supervisory and administrative duties as required
Requirements
Background in industrial woodworking, cabinetry, doors, windows, or similar manufacturing environments
Proven hands-on leadership experience (Supervisor, Line Lead, or Team Lead)
Strong mechanical and technical aptitude
Comfortable working with automated machinery and computer systems
Able to work early mornings and be on the floor for the full shift
